It weighed in at 369kg(813.5lbs) and now is the 813.5 Sanders 09 Dmg(1093.5 Hunt x 1378.5 Pitura). Too bad. Only a little more than a week to go before the weigh-off.

Sept 12 Underneath, a mouse had tunneled under the styrofoam and made a small nest between the styrofoam and the bottom of the pumpkin. I could smell something funny and there was a liquid running out from underneath it. I took down the greenhouse and lifted the pumpkin up to take a closer look.

This is the 1093.5 Hunt early this week. It had pretty much stopped growing around Aug 23rd. I suspected there was a good reason since it was gaining at a very good rate previously.

May 31st I cut off one the main vines on the 1093.5 Hunt. It is now growing normally. I am still thinking about going back and trimming some of the extra leaves and side vines.
